| All of our breeding stock is rigorously heath tested for VWD, THYROID and HIPS (prelims if under two years of age), HEARTWORM AND BRUCELLOSIS. All pups will be VWD tested before they are sent to their new homes unless both parents already have been DNA tested VWD clear/carrier through Vetgen. All pups born here at Alastair are microchipped, dewormed as well as given all up to date shots and all pups are started on their house and crate training before leaving us. Heartworm medication should not be given to any pup under six months of age. |
TEMPERAMENT GUARANTEE - If for any reason during the first three years of ownership of an Alastair Doberman pup, the original owner is not satisfied with the temperament and feels that the pup is not compatible with the family, and the pup has not been spayed or neutered and the ears are standing if cropped the pup may be returned along with the AKC certificate to us we will replace the pup at no charge or will be purchased back to us. Replacement may take up to nine months. Shipping charges are at the expense of the owner. 36-MONTH HEALTH GUARANTEE - If your Alastair Doberman dies or is crippled by Distemper, Hepatitis, or Leptospirosis or cardio problems within twenty four months of purchase, return the AKC certificate along with a Veterinarian report and we will replace the pup at no charge. All pups must be vaccinated and on heartguard prevention for the saftey of the pup (proof required)... MONEY BACK OFFER - $200.00 of the purchase price may be refunded if your Alastair Doberman receives a championship, CD or CDX, or Tracking titles. Pup must carry the Alastair name. LIFETIME PARVO VIRUS GUARANTEE - If your Alastair Doberman dies from Parvo Virus and we are given veterinarian proof that the pup has been vaccinated with a minimum 4 DA2PP shots and a parvo titer given to show at least 98% protection, return the AKC certificate along with the laboratory verification and we will replace the puppy at no charge. 48 MONTH HIP DYSPLASIA and CVI GUARANTEE - If, at any time during the first four years of life of an Alastair Doberman, the pup is found to be crippled from hip dysplasia or CVI, return him to the kennel, along with AKC certificate and vet verification and we will replace the dog at no additional charge. LIMITATIONS OF GUARANTEES - All guarantees apply to the original puppy born here at Alastair Dobermans and is non-transferable. Ears must be standing unless other problems have been reported beforehand to breeder or purchased with natural ears. No replacement will be given for males or females that have been bred, (without health testing first), or if registration application form has expired. All original puppies or adult dogs must be returned to us at owners expense. |
